Merry Christmas!

For Christmas my family and I made a trip to Utah to visit my parents for Christmas. Christmas Eve we had a special visit from Santa Clause and had a wonderful Prime Rib dinner that my brother Jimmy spent all day making.

Before Leaving to go back to my parents house all the kids got in their matching PJ's

Then it was time for Christmas morning. Santa brought both girls a bike and a camera with lots of little other things

They were happy girls

Since staying at my parents, the girls have fought going to sleep. Even Grandma tried laying down with them

We did lots of fun Activities such as make cute little mice.

We had a shopping cart race down the hallways.

We Walked around Temple Square

We even went on a carriage ride!!!

Then on Monday we drove up to my aunt Cindy's Ranch and have been here ever since. We are having a great time being spoiled by my Uncle Dave and aunt Cindy

My Aunt had the nicest dog named Sage that the girls love to play with

And man my Uncle Dave sure can make some Spaghetti!!!

We love being on Vacation!!!

Christmas is fast approaching and we have been very busy. We have had lots of little helpers! My brother Jim and his wife Jamiee just adopted the cutest little boy named "Josh" It has been so fun having them in the states.

Since Josh came Jimmy (my nephew) was able to be here for his 7th birthday and we were able to share it with him

My brother Jim and Jimmy had to go back home (which is Egypt) for a few weeks to take care of some things. Jamiee, Jessica and Josh have been able to stay here with us and help us get all decorations!!!

With their help we got everything up ready for Christmas!!!

I want more lights out front!!! I am working on it. (trying to convince my husband)

Halloween was so much fun this year. Kayslee was tinker Bell and Maddee was little Red Ridding Hood. We were on the go all weekend.

FACEBOOK!!! that's who's fault it is since I no longer blog anymore. I have been falling behind big time since all I do is facebook. So I have made a commitment to get my blogging going again. Who knows who reads it anymore since facebook is around, but I need it as a journal to me.

So.... my first message or activity that I am going to blog about is the trip to visit my mom and dad who is serving a mission in Salt lake City. Last weekend my husband and I packed up our girls and headed up to SLC to see conference and to visit mom and dad. What an ENJOYABLE visit we had. Thanks mom and dad for letting us crash at your adorable home. Can't wait till our next visit!

Were do I even start.......Okay lets start with the teenagers. Teenagers will be teenagers right? We still Have Taylor and will continue to have her....she is ours. She made LVHS Varsity softball team but we all knew she would. She is dang good. She also bowled in the All Star tournament for CCSD and took second out of all the girl and won a $450.00 scholarship!!!

Tyler is playing baseball for LVHS and is on the JV team but isn't enjoying it very well. We still have full custody of him. The two teenagers are pretty good kids but........ teenagers. Here they are at a party at the house when Richard was out of town. We had fun.

We have also been selling everything to do home improvements on the house. We sold a our 4-wheeler and Richards "dog house" house. j/k It was are toy hauler that just sat taking up space in the backyard. So goodbye 4 wheeler :(

Even though I had to say bye to some of my toys I was able to get our backyard done and now we are working on the front yard. so those pictures will be coming shortly.

Our Suburban is still for sale though if anyone is interested. I want a Ford Flex but can't one till I sell this. We are asking 26,500 it has 48,000 miles leather seats, sunroof, it's all loaded.

Maddee has had kidney problems since she was born. We have been seeing the same doctor since birth but decided that it might be a good idea to get a second opinion. I'm sure glad we did cause not only was her kidney not working properly but her bladder wasn't either. Neither one was draining all the way so they went in and unblocked the "rock in the damn" we called it. We don't go back in another 6 weeks to see how it took and what the next procedure will be. She did great. Sunrise Hospital was so good to us. Other than that Maddee is great!!! She still has to do her breathing treatments and of course fight with her sister.

Kayslee is Kayslee. Very into everything and talks back to everyone. She says and does the finniest things. Right now she loves to make funny faces. She's healthy as a bug and is growing up way to fast. We just need to get her sleeping in her own bed.

Even though Maddee and Kayslee are fighting everytime I turn around they are also very cute together. Maddee tries to do everything that Kayslee does. They are the best two little girls around.

So this pretty much raps everything up. I am so grateful for my two little girls. They are the two I wake up for every morning. Even though we all have our struggles in life there are those that have much worse. So I need to count my blessings on what we do have and continue to go forward in God's plan. He never said it would be easy......just worth it.

Christmas was wonderful. Being surrounded by family is the best gift anyone could ask for. Kayslee got a Kitchen that she loves and Maddee got a baby. Taylor got a plane ticket and a nice heavy coat to fly to Utah to visit her cousin, Tyler got a Letterman jacket but spent Christmas day this year at his mothers house, and as a family we got to go to Legoland and the San Diego Zoo. We left Christmas Day and spent two day s there in San Diego. Legoland was so much fun that we will be going back in March. Cant wait!

Tradition is to go to Opportunity Village the Monday before Christmas. We had a ton a fun minus the crowd.

Kayslee

We are so proud of Kayslee as she is officially potty trained. She has been potty trained for about two months but now she has no accidents during the day or at night. We are very proud of her. Now since she is pottie trained though she is in love with toilet paper and has to make sure she has enough to wipe with and sometimes it a little much. She was pretty much very easy to pottie train. I say over all we had about 5 - 10 accidents. I'm now looking forwayd to Maddee's day when it comes. I hope she is as good as Kayslee.

Kayslee's favorite treat right now is Oreos and milk. Every night she has to have a glass of milk and a package of oreos. Papa loves to enoy them with her.

This is our fourth year spending our Thanksgiving out at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Drag Strip. I look forward to this trip as it is a place to escape the normal life to a fun active life. We pack up our toy hauler and kids and head out to spend the whole weekend at the track. The head Chef of NY casino is our weekend Chef as well as his wife Teressa. The weekend if full of Kerokee, bomb fires, laugh, drama and o ya and racing. This year we had a specail treat with my cousin Shyanne coming down and spending the weekend with us.

So last month my mother and I had a wonderful girls trip to up state New York. Yes I left the kids home and thanks dad for watching them and surviving. It was a last minute deal for me to go, but I'm sure glad I went. My brother Jimmy and his wife who live in DC met us there and we had a awesome time. We first started at Niagara falls. Wow so pretty, we even brought our passports and went on the Canadian side man can I say beautiful! We then did the sacred grove and all the historical church sites. We stayed near the Palmyra Temple were my brother and sister-in-law and I managed to get a session in. In this little town there wasn't to much to eat but we managed to find hole in the walls (the only two in the town) to eat at while we were there. It was such a fun trip to just spend with my mom and my brother Jimmy and his family. We even got to see were my grandpa (mom's dad) was rasied and got to see the house he was raised in. The lady who just bought the house was home and she took us for a tour in her home. It was a little awekward but in the long run a great expreiance. We also saw the beautiful campus he went to medical school at and still provides someone every year with a scholorship there. Thanks fam for the memories. I love you!

Were do I start? Halloween was SOOOO much fun this year. Kayslee was a cow and Maddee was a chicken. Kayslee made Richards and I's Halloween. We started the night off at the church doing trunk or treat and riding on the golf cart ride then we took off to do the real trick or treating. Kayslee was so cute going up to doors and saying, "trick or treat." Then she would tell them thank you. Even if the house was scary she didn't get scared and would march right up to the front door step to ring their doorbell. Her bucket was getting to heavy so we gave her Maddee's bucket (that had no candy in it.) This was a good stragegy on our part now not knowing it but when she would go up to the doors with no candy in her bucket and they would feel sorry for her and give her lots and then when she got back to the stroller she had to empty it into her bucket afraid Maddee would be able to keep it if it was in her bucket. So every house she was getting not just one piece of candy but a handfull. It was so cute. Then when we got back to grandmas and Grandpas to pick up Maddee, Kayslee would tell her grandparents about the scary houses and how she told the monsters, " no monters don't get me" and she would put the hands up to protect her face. She was SOOOOO cute. This is such a fun age. Maddee was getting tired and really didn't understand what was going on so thank you Grandma and Grandpa who stayed home like lumps on the log. And I must add their lights were off by 8:00pm. What a fun night this was!!!! Happy Halloween everyone!

The Babtism

At the beginning of this month my family had a special blessing take part in our lives. On October 2nd my husband got baptized to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was such an amazing event that I will cherish forever. He has been taking the discussions for well over a year and has also been going to church for well over a year. Everyone in our ward, and me especially, didn't understand why he wasn't a member when he was more active than most members in our ward but the lord and him will only know why. I never pushed the issue as I knew it would happen eventually. Well the week before his baptism, the missionaries were over (but that's nothing new because they are here twice or three times a week for dinner, bathrooms, a drink, whatever they need) Well My husband looked at Elder Ferrero and told him, "I'm ready!." We all then looked at each other waiting for the "just joking" to come out but then we looked at Richard again and his eyes were filling up with water. Richard and his best friends daughter Rheann made a pack that when they were ready, they would get baptized together. So it happened. What a remarkable long journey this has been for my family. Now comes the countdown to be sealed to my wonderful family. Thanks everyone for all your support and love you showed and show to my family.

Madee's Walking

So instead of having up dated pictures, I decided to post a videos of what's been going on this past month or so. My Maddee is now walking. It's been about a week or so since I can say she's walking. It's so cute. She walks on her tip toes and looks like a drunk sailor. She has been teething a lot lately. Her first tooth was the middle bottom. Then her two K9 teeth came in. So she kind of looks a little silly. Well this morning it looks like her front two teeth are breaking through as well as her other bottom middle. So.......My Maddee is finally getting teeth. She still has no hair though.

Kayslee is now sleeping in her own bed. She will still get up though around 3am and come get in bed with us but we are breaking that as well. Last night was the first night we didn't give into her coming into our bed at all and what did my husband say? Let me tell you....he said, "I miss Kayslee sleeping with me, it's like mu security blanket." O no I need to now break him too!!

Richard is in his pre academy with CCSD Police before starting the real thing a week from today. He has been getting his butt kicked. He's doing a better though. Today they ran 5 miles instead of three and he didn't fall behind or throw up. They have now moved on to a new guy to pick on.

I have been busy working and talking care of the kids as well as taking on being one of the coaches on the neice/daughters team Taylor. I just call her my daughter now cause she pretty much is. I love her and being able to do all this with her. She's a cutie but still has teenager issues.

Well that's the update on the Price family. Enjoy the video. Kayslee loves to sing but got bashful when the camera was on, now days she doesn't as you can tell. Her singing and her playing with the hose was taken this summer. Enjoy!!!

Racing

One of my families favorite things to do is to load up and go to the race track for a night of family fun. We haven't been racing for a long time because we keep blowing up engines. Well we finally got a engine together, got new tires and off to the track we went. Wow did race fuel go up. For just 10 gallons of fuel it cost us $97.00 Holly Molly must I say. Well Richard ran the car because he didn't know how the car was going to run with a new motor and and new tires. Well it ran very slow for what Richard wanted it to do. All night the fastest time was 10:94 in the quarter mile. He went red the first round so the night wasn't to long. We ended up leaving the track at 1am. So that goes to show you how much fun we have out there.

Maddee's Party

Maddee's first Birthday Party was a big success. So many family and friends came that I was to busy catching up and socializing that I didn't get to many pictures. I first want to thank everyone for coming and for all the cute gifts that Maddee got. So.....THANK YOU!!!!

Last minute I decided to rent a jumper since we were having so many little kids over. I don't know who enjoyed it more the little ones or the older ones. When eveyone was gone I went outback and found the older kids jumping in the castle and it was bent all the way over. Kids/teenagers???????........what are we going to do with them?

These are some pictures I managed to get.

I did however set a goal for myself to take a picture of all kids and I managed to do it. This was even the first picture to!!! When it was time to open presents I left for a quick second to say bye to some friends and came back to everything torn apart and misplaced so I have no clue who got her what.

Now time for the cake story. I think this is why we have parties is is to see how cute they are with the cake. She was much messier and more into it than Kayslee was. I had to hurry and blow out the candle cause she was reaching fast for it. After I pulled it out Kayslee stuck it in her mouth for her portion of her sisters cake.

This was such a fun night. Again I want to thank everyone for coming and making this one of my favorite memories. I hope Maddee will remember and know how much she is loved by so many people. Again Happy Birthday Maddee we love you!!!

She is not yet walking on her own. She walks holding on to things and seldomly will let go and then fall. She has only one tooth and has not said momma yet only da da.

Where Has Time Gone???

It has been over a month ago since I have posted anything so were do I start to update my blog? Things have been so crazy at my house (but whose house isn't right?) On the Fourth of July, Richards mother at age 59 passed away. She got a internal Virus called C-Dif and the doctors couldn't figure out what was going on until it was to late. Slowing but surely all her organs shut down. We are so sad for her loss and will miss her tremendously.

Since Ann's death we have had an angle in our house named Shyanne. She is my second cousin who is now my new child Taylor's best friend. We have been trying to cope with things as a family and get used to having another child, Taylor, (16) in our house. So.... if you haven't figured it out with Ann passing she was raising Taylor so now she is ours!!!!! She is such a sweetheart and are lucky to have her part of our family. We just need to teach her now that it's not all about boys at this age right?????? So we have been trying to do activities to make the family closer. Here we are bowling.

July 21st my brother Stephen and his wife had another baby girl Riley. She is so cute. Here are all the little ones in their matching dresses hanging out. Since they were all here, we called Grandma to come over and to take pictures. It was hard trying to get them all to cooperate.

With me having weekends off we have been traveling up to Utah a lot. This past month we have been up there twice riding horses, bikes, milking goats, picking peas, jumping, and so much more. It's so nice to get out of town once in a while. Most of my pictures I need to get from my moms camera but here are ones for now.

To finish our post for the month of July..... RICHARD IS A GRANDPA!!!!!!!! Brittany had a baby girl July 31 and named her Brylie. So Congrats to Brittany. We Love You!

Wow I love coupon shopping!!!!!! This bill came to a total of $27.00 With that I also got $15.00 off my next shopping trip so really I spent only $12.00 FOR ALL THIS!

7- fruit roll ups 2-fruit gushers-4 boxes of Reese's cereal-4cake mixes-3 icings-6 browning mixes-3 fruit snacks-and 4 ready to bake cookies.

I know its all fatty food so my husband isn't to excited about this but I was. Maybe this is why I'm getting so fat but hey it was a great deal I must say.

This last Tuesday we had the opportunity of having my sister over for dinner. She is in town with all 5 of her kids. Aspen was up at girls camp so she wasn't here but the others were. After dinner we made cupcakes and the kids had fun decorating..... especially Marina and Kayslee.

The Past Month

Well it's been a month since my last post. I have been very busy having fun with my brother Jim and his family who have been living in China for the past two years. Now since things are a little calmer I decided to post tonight (almost midnight) and having to be up at 6 am to get ready to go to work but for some reason I am not tired so here I am in the computer room getting ready to blog a long post. Well the month started out with Jimmy, Kayslee, Maddee and Jessica spending a lot of time together.

Here they are out at Red Rock in Cowboy Town.

The next weekend we went to our first ward party breakfast were the kids had a blast playing on the big slide and Tyler, Richard and I played water balloon toss and catch.

All month the kids have had so much fun together.

We had cement poured for our RV Parking.

Boys going golfing with breakfast afterwards.

Then this past weekend was a very special weekend. I went and took my endowments out at the Las Vegas Temple 06/19/2009. What a very special memory and day this was for me. Words just can't describe. All I have to say is..."What took me so long?"

The next day my Brother Jimmy and his Wife Jamiee adopted a little girl in China named Jessica and they had her sealed to their family for time and all eternity. Once again what a special day.

I just love being surrounded by my family.

So this is the end of the blog. A lot has gone on this month but I wouldn't change it for anything. I want to wish all the Fathers out there a very Happy Father's Day!!! And thanks Tyler for going to church with us. It ment so much to your dad to see you at church with him. What a nice surprise.

Grandma Annie (Richard's mom) has been in the hospital with a yucky virus that was shutting down her organs. We thought we were going to loose her, but with her fight and determination she is getting much better. Today she was finally transferred out of ICU after being in there for 3 1/2 weeks. Since she has guardianship over Richard's niece Taylor, she has been staying with us now going on 4 weeks. She is a freshman at Eldorado High School and she made the Varsity Softball team!!! They took 3rd this year in their division and that is very good cause they are a young team with only two siniors graduating. Last night was her awards ceremony. It was nothing spactacular but we are still very proud of her. It has been a fun chalanging experiance having her live with us. We love you Taylor Ann!!!!

The only pictures now that are missing pictures is the downstairs bathroom that we need to decorate and the guest/nanny room with her own big walk in bathroom. Once the upstairs is done we will post pictures of that.

Well I'm having problems downloading the pictures of the whole down stairs and am loosing patients so for now you just get the pictures of the kitchen. And.....Yes... we got a fridge!!! I have a stove top burner with double ovens you can't see in the picture. Love it! The eating nuke you can't really see either but you get the jif. You all just have to come see it. I love to have Kayslee play with other kids while you grown ups have a date at the temple or were ever it might be. Hopefully I can get this stupid thing working and post more pictures.

We Have Moved!!!!

Well this weekend we moved into our new home. Everything went pretty smoothly with a few headaches. Our biggest one was the day we got our keys we went by and moved a few things in and hooked up the water line and power to the Kitchen Aid sub zero fridge that came with the house. Well the next morning when the painters arrive to paint the inside of my house the doors were wide open and fridge was gone!! SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY NEW HOUSE:((((( It was so sad. Needless to say the alarm in my house is up and running. I have never had an alarm before but I really like it. How did I live without one before. Anyways back to my fridge. That fridge made my kitchen. We have been pricing them and they cost anywhere between $7000-10,000. Who has that? Well hopefully the insurance will pick up the tab so we can get the same fridge. I will post pictures when we get all in. The painters did a great job. We had every room painted except Maddee's room both guest rooms and the work out room. It looks so good.

Girls Weekend Out

This weekend the boys took a "boy trip" to California to go to a car show/swap meet for car parts. So.....the girls and I packed up the trailer and headed out to the race track to party and camp out. Boy did we have a blast. We did karaoke, hula hooped, ate lots of hummy food, and just party like rock stars. Here are some fun pictures.

This was a fun weekend with just the girls and I.

When we got home Kayslee had to call her "papa" to tell him all about her weekend and as she was talking to him in her dirty slippers she crossed her legs and look so adorable I just had to take a picture.

Then "bubba" got home and was cleaning his room and this is what they looked like.

Community Barbeque

A lot of you might not love having a home owners association and neither did I until I became on the board. I love my community. This is one thing I'm going to miss when we move. We have so much fun and give back more than we put in. This weekend we had a hug block party with a DJ, a 20 by 20 jumper for the kids that had a big slide in it, ice cone machine, popcorn machine and a ton of food and drinks. We sure know how to party all day. Every 15 minute we had a drawing giving out some good stuff such as a crock pot, a blender, pot and pans, outdoor chairs and so much more. Every homeowner that attended walked away with something. Then every kid walked away with a movie and other stuff. We sure know how to keep our homeowners happy and in return they keep our community happy and looking good. Here are just a few pictures. At the bottom is a picture of all the board members :)

And then there is the bubble bath to clean up the kids. Maddee looked so cute with bubbles on her face and Richard and I were laughing so Kayslee decided to be funny to and put bubble on her face. Kids are so darn cute. I must add...this is Maddee's first bubble bath.

Today we are celebrating our 4th anniversary. After Brandee got off work she ran picked up Tyler from baseball practiced then rushed home to get ready as the same time Richard was rushing home from looking and trying to fix his step brothers car. After all this rushing around we made it only 5 minutes late to the Stratosphere for a wonderful relaxing Fillet dinner. Brandee was in charge of the planning this year as Richard planned last year at Lawyres. I wonder what will be next year Richard? A specail thanks goes out to Jeannine and Tyler for watching the kids. Thanks!

I just love Easter! This is my favorite holiday besides Christmas. There are so many activities you can do such as egg coloring, ginger bread house decorating and sugar cookie making to name a few that we did. Today we woke up and saw the great baskets that the Easter bunny brought the kids. Following that, we had a great waffle and eggs breakfast. It's so fun being a mom.

Richard here..... Brandee was in charge of building the house and the walls were falling down and she was putting things on backwards......I'm scared cause she wants to do things to the new house. Should I let her?

We also went to a car show Saturday that Grandpa Jack's car was in out at railroad pass. I love when the weekends are here. No work just family time. Why do I have to go back to work? O ya we need money. Silly me. :))))

Dad's Retirment Party and Races

This weekend first started out Friday at Station 14 were my dad served most of his fire department years. After 34 Years my dad has retired. He was such a great firefighter who made her daughter proud. I'm going to miss going to the stations to get my cars washed, get feed once in a while, or time alone to talk to dad, but am happy my dad is healthy and happy.

Then straight from there off to the races for Nationals. Even though we live 6 minutes away from the track we still pack up our trailer and spend all weekend camping out. Without all our friends though it wouldn't be near as fun. Down below is Bob Tasca (a professional GOOD driver) who came by just for Richard. Next to them is Paul and Teressa. They are the reason I gain ten pounds while out there. Paul is the head chef at New York and he feeds us well. Below them is Jim and Deanne. Jim is Richards side kick and our engine builder for our race cars. Then it's my mother-in-law with her sons.

These pictures are some fun ones. This is me having to make my famous "Dirt" for the kids. Then it's the rest of the family having fun even Sammy our 6 million dollar dog.

New House

Many of you might not or might know that we have been searching for a new home. Our house now is perfect (minus a few bedroom that we would like) but with the economy the way it is, we decided to take advantage of the great prices out there for a value of a home. We also missed being up on the mountain near mom and dad as that is were Tyler attends school as well. We have had our ups and downs being very patients but we finally got one that we love. It's pretty big and we weren't planning on going this big but why not that just means more babies!! It's 4500 sq ft with a four car garage for my hunny. Both our trailers will be able to fit on the side yard which we also needed. Here's the house.

This is the upstairs. Tyler's room has it's own bath then Kayslee's room, Maddee's room, Game room another bathroom and master room. This house also has a laundry shoot!!!!

Downstairs...Kitchen, family room, dinning room, living room, laudry room, office, guest bedroom with their own bathroom, then a 1/2 bathroom for quest.

This past weekend was family time like every weekend. My mom and dad needed help with some yard work so we started our day over there. Kayslee loved to ride in the wheel barrow with dad. Watching her brought back memories of me when I would ride with my dad in the wheel barrow. After helping mom and dad.......

Off to California it seemed like even though it was in Anthum for Isaiah's 1st birthday party. Kayslee and Maddee had a blast! We played with bubbles, on the swings, slides and just had a blast. Jen and John put on a great birthday party! Happy Birthday Isaiah!

Saturday was a cousin play date. My brother Stephen and his kids Savanah and Hunter came in from Logandale and we met up and took the kids to play at the discorvery park in Alianta. The kids ate pizza and ran around. After play date we took the kids up to see momma and pappa and they watched them as Richard and I went out by ourselves. That's always nice. It was a good day. Thanks mom and dad for babysitting.

Our Weekend was full of fun and not so fun thing. To make a long story short my little dog ate a shiscabob stick (can't spell) and it got stuck in his intestine and they had to remove 10 inches of his intestine due to the damage. This video is Thursday night as Kayslee is trying to have Sammy eat so he can try to poop it out. As you can see though he wants nothing to do with food. His leg is wrapped up because they left his IV in when they sent him home so they didn't have to put in back in the next morning. He's doing great hopefully Monday he will come home. O'ya did I forget to mention this is his 2nd surgery? For those who don't know, Sammy ate a top of a nipple off after Kayslee was born and had to have surgery to have that removed. Yep Sammy is our million dollor dog. The things we do for our animals.

Then on Saturday we started the day off at Tyler's bowling. Kayslee loves to ride on her "baba's" bowling balls.

After Bowling, we headed to Sunset park for Jim and Deanne 50th Wedding Anniversay!! There the boys played some three flies up while Kayslee watched on the side lines.

Then on Sunday was church and then we went to Graces (Kayslee's cousin) Birthday party at Peter Pippers. Happy Birthday Grace!

What a busy, fun and relaxing weekend. Oh ya and Maddee now has the eye infection Kayslee had so she just laid around being sick.

So my poor Kayslee had a cold in her eyes were it was just leaking out green crap all day. Well yesterday her eye is now red. Dr. Aaron told me she has an infection in her eye and that it should clear up in a few days. It's so sad though. All I can think of is my girlfriend Liz and what she had to go through with her little boy. He had to stay in the hospital for days for something she thought was minor and turned into something big. I'm sure I'm over reacting but I'm worried. Even though I was told in will be okay I'm still freeking out wondering if it will be okay.

We reached a mile stone. My little girl is now sitting up. We had a little get together with some friends last night to watch the fight and next thing I new I looked over and there she was sitting up. Someone sat her down sitting up and she stayed that way. A little over reactive... mom yelled and had to run and get the camera. I'm sure everyone was thinking I was a spaze....but i am. Good job babe.

What did we do on Valentines day? Well Tyler (our wonderful bowler) was invited or made a city bowling tournament that took place on Valentines. So most the day we were there cheering Tyler on. He is a freshman and made the Varsity Bowling team. He also made the MVP Bowling Team were only two people got picked from each school. All of this as a Freshman! His high game is a 267. Keep up the good work.

After bowling we heading up to Mt. Charleston. It was dark by this time but we still had a blast! This was Tyler's first time at Mt. Charleston.

Alright I finally got out the camera to take pictures. Tonight we made Yummy Sugar Cookies with the kids. Tyler had to much fun putting flour on their faces. These are good time.

Today Kayslee turned 2. I can't believe she is two already. Today we woke up and make her pancakes with a big candle in it. She thought it was pretty funny. After breakfast we got ready and went to church. Today she went into nursery without putting up a fight!!! With that being said... Richard and I were able to attend Sunday school together. What a great day today has been with my little girl. Kayslee I love you more than words can describe. You bring so much joy into your mom and dads world. I LOVE YOU!!! Our Thanksgiving weekend was spent out at the race track. Yes that's right, our car is back up and working so to celebrated we heading out to the Bracket Nationals to compete. On Thanksgiving we first had dinner at the track with our wonderful friends "The Savoy's" My wonderful friend Stacy gave me this great craft on making Pilgrim hats. We had a blast!

After eating at the track we headed to my mom's to eat since racing was canceled due to the rain.!! YUM YUM! I didn't think I would have room but I did. Kayslee just loves being with Hunter. They are such good cousins.

Then we headed back to the track were we stayed the rest of the weekend in our trailer. Richard did really good racing MY car. Friday he went out in the fifth round, Saturday he went to the 1/4 finials. (Yippie we get money back!) There were 150 cars that he went through to make it to the bottom 10. He did great! Then Sunday he went out in the 3 round. Racing all day sure is tiring and the kids sure sleep good at the end of every night.

A special Thanks goes out to the Savoy's!!! Thanks Paul for my Fillet! Thanks Teresa for everything you did! We had a great weekend but it's sure good to be home. Now it's time to take care of my little Maddee. She is going to have her big surgery next week. I'll keep you updated on that as time comes.

Our Halloween night was spent out at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Our good friends Paul and Teressa decorated their golf cart super cute and then their kids took my kids out for some candy. Man they were only gone for an hour and came back with about 5 lbs of candy. Kayslee loved it!!! We spent the reast of the weekend out at the track watching Nationals that were in town. I just love being out at the track with my buddie Teressa. They sure spoil me and my family.

This past week I was able to go spend time with Marianne and Julianne. Marianne is in town this week and since I'm still not back to work, I went and hung out for two days. The first day Julianne made yummy Sugar cookies!! Then the second day we made Jack's first birthday cake. We tried to make the "red" frosting ourselves and had no luck. It made it very runny. So after 3 hours we ended up buying red frosting from Albertsons. The cake turned out great!! Good job Julianne! While we were playing Kayslee tried to get in Jack's high chair by herself and got stuck! Of cource I had to get a picture before saving her. I sure love to hang out with "the girls" Thanks for a fun time girls!!

So I had a coupon buy 1 get 2 free. I couldn't pass this offer up so I dress up the kids in their halloween costumes and went and had their pictures taken. They turned out pretty good but it took forever to get these. You would of never guessed Kayslee cried for a solid hour and wanted nothing to do with getting her picture taken. But.... patients and we got some good ones. We are going back on the 29th for a party "Picture People" are having with Kayslee's cousins Hunter and Savanah so there will be more pictures to come.

Weekend

Once again we had a great weekend. It started Friday having my brother Stephen's little girl Savanah over for 24 hours. Kayslee loves her "Nana" but I need to teach her how to share. Then Friday night was softball. (what I look forward to all week) Once again we won both games!!! Let me tell you if Jessie and Liz played high school ball with me, we would of went and won state. They are amazing for never playing before. Well then Saturday we went up to Mesquite to have dinne with my cousin Ryan and his wife Kristin. Shyanne (my 2nd cousin came in with them and had a ball watching the kids while we went to dinner and did a little gambling. Now for Sunday..... Lazy/enjoying day being with the family. I just love being a wife and mom!

This weekend was full of fun adventures. Friday night I had a softball game. We won both games!! It’s so good to be able to play again and get out with the old girlfriends. Then Saturday Reyanne turned 9. Happy Birthday! Saturday night Richards’s niece went to homecoming. (Those were some good old days) She looked pretty but needed some more clothes on. Kayslee has a blast running around with all the kids. It was a little cold but fun. Then Sunday my husband went to church with me:) Then we spent the day with family and playing at the park. Papa took the kids on a ride in his fire truck and Kayslee always loves that. Now we are back to the normal work week:(

Who ever thought picking out a double stroller would be so hard. So this is the one I picked out so I can start to work out again. I have a treadmill in my house but that is boring. I like to get out doors. So last night I did... I went running. The kids loved it. Madalynn fell asleep and Kayslee pointed out all the lights and the moon over and over again. Man is running a big stress reliever.

Trip to Utah

This past week I headed up to Huntsville Utah with my mom to my favorite aunts house/farm. We had a blast milking and feeding the goats, and going to go collect the eggs every day. While we were up there my cousin Jenny had her baby shower as she is expecting a baby boy December 1. At her baby shower I saw a lot more of my cousins. I love being with family and being up in Utah. (I want to move up there only until it starts to snow) Kayslee just ran around free and wild. Madalynn just slept most the time. I had a 2nd cousin Shyanne who I just love to death. She watched and played with my girls the whole week. We were sad to leave her.

Yesterday we drove out to a wedding reception for April and David Bourn out in Boulder City. Wow did we have fun. It was such a relaxing day to be able to mingle with friends in such a beautiful environment. There were big horn sheep wondering around the park all day long. Madalynn took good long naps and Kayslee and her dad played Volleyball and on the play ground and look at the big horn sheep. Kayslee wanted to run and go jump on them. What a fun day.

The Consulate selected Jim to be the "face of the Consulate". I miss my brother sooooo much and am so proud of him in all he does. I am lucky though to have him go to all these great places cause then I get to travel amd have a place to stay for free.

Madalynn Update and Pictures!

Update on Madalynn and then there are some pictures of an awesome rainbow left behind by the rain on Monday and Kayslee suppose to be watering the flowers instead she’s watering herself.

Well Madalynn has to have surgery. The radiation did not go in or out of the “third kidney.” It has not got any larger but it’s not doing anything. They are going to wait though till she doubles her weight. The estimate time for surgery will be in December. We go back for another ultrasound on November 26th and then to schedule the surgery with Dr. Wang on December 3rd. Other than all that she is doing well. She’s very gassy and fussy but I still love her to death. She now weighs 9 lbs. I will keep you all informed as more information comes available.

Madalynn's Radiation Treatment

Yesterday Madalynn had her radiation treatment done at the Summerlin Hospital to see about her Kidneys. She was a trooper and did very good and the radiation did what it was suppose to do. It went through her blood, into her kidneys, then down into her bladder and then out her catheter. It took four nurses and three tries to hold her down to get in IV in her little foot. I must say that was the hardest part. The catheter didn’t bother her at all. When they did an ultrasound on her, she screamed during that. I think it was the cold jelly and the pressure. But during the main treatment she slept and did great. We find out more and what our next step is on Sept. 11th.

Yesterday was Richard’s birthday. I surprised him after dinner with a party at the house. We had a pretty good turn out. Richard has some great friends! Madalynn's Birth Day

Richard and I decided to name our little girl Madalynn Vee Price (our little MVP). The delivery went great as Doctor Paul acted quick when he discovered the cord wrapped around her neck. He yelled at me to stop pushing and he took care of cutting the cord. She came out healthy! After test were ran she still has the enlarged left kidney. She was put on antibiotics and in two weeks we take her in to Sunrise were they will put some radiation in a vein in her arm and run it through her kidneys to see how well they are functioning. From there we will decide what kind of surgery if any. We are hoping she will not have to go under surgery and that the problem will correct it's self. Other than that we are enjoying our little MVP. She is supper cute. (but what mom would say different about their child) Kayslee adapted great. She's very cute around her sister. Well here's a little slide show of some of the pictures taken. I MISS RACING!!!!!!!!! This is me in June 2007. This race I made it to the Semi Finials.

I just wanted to say I MISS RACING!!!!! Since getting pregnant again and blowing up engines we haven't been able to race all year. We are in the middle of building a car for Richard that goes faster than the Chevelle. My car (the chevelle) goes 10 seconds in the 1/4 mile and his (a camero) will go about 6 to 7 seconds in the 1/4 mile. We want to be back up and running in November to run in the show Pinks that is coming to town. We were going to be in it last year but the weekend before I blew up the engine and my husband left town that weekend to go move his parents back home so needless to say we didn't have time to build a new engine. So he owes me!!! Kaylsee loves being out at the track!!

This is his pile of crap right now. It's ready to go to the body shop though now to be painted and then when that is done we just have to put it all back together. It's coming along it's just been a very expensive project.

Okay Liz is on me about blogging more so I found a few things that I can put on my blog.
This is Kayslee singing and dancing. For some reason when the camera comes out she doesn't do what we want her to do. She loves music!!

I just can't get enough car seat shots with her cool sun glasses that she always has to have on while in the car.

We went to visit Grandma and Grandpa and after dinner Papa was cleaning the floor. Kayslee walked over to the drawer that has their towels in it and got a towel out and then went over with Papa to help him. It was so cute and funny to see her do that all by herself.

Richard Going To The Hospital

On Tuesday morning my husband woke me up at 2:26am telling me to take him to the hospital because he had chest pain and couldn't breath. I knew he was in pain because my husband never complains or takes any medication for anything. Since he has been at Fairway for 20 years, he has only called in twice. So, I knew he was hurting. To make a long story short he has inflammation under his ribs. Once we arrived in the ER we were taken in and if it wasn’t for them forgetting about us in our room we would have been in and out. But…. they did forget about us so we ended up there until 7am. I would of been complaining but I was the one laying in the hospital bed since he couldn't lay down. He was more comfortable in the chair and I was more comfortable in the bad. Since I was so comfortable I fell asleep and didn't wake up until he woke me up complaining about the wait. Once I found out we had been sitting there for 2 1/2 hours with no one coming in, I went and said something. We came home and Richard took a shower and headed off to work while I called in. I’m glad my man is going to be alright he’s just in a lot of pain.

This Fourth we went out to Logandale. Kayslee did not like the fire work show as she yelled and cried the whole time, "Bye Bye!" It was cute and sad at the same time. Here are two pitures.

My sister Jamie sent Harley home to visit grandma and grandpa and all her cousins and I was blessed to have her come stay a night with Kayslee and I. We brought out the camera and was having fun filming. Here are some clippings.

She loves to sing popcorn popping. I tries to get her to do all her tricks. We are teaching her sign language and she is picking up on it fast. She's just a joy to have around. She loves her Harley.

Update on Unborn Baby Price

It looks like after test have been completed over the last couple of months, our baby has duplex kidney on her left side. When she is born they will be doing surgery on my baby girl. There is good news though. She won't have to stay in the hospital after she is born unless there are other complication. I will have to take her back in to have the surgery done around 10 days old. They expect her to only have to stay one day, maybe two at the most. They are going to go in and either remove the third kidney or redirect the valve that runs from the kidney to the stomach. She will have lots of doctor appointments but all will be okay. We have great doctors that know what they are doing. It's pretty complicated and I'm not good at explaining things but just know it will be all okay.

Here's what I look like since many of you have been wanting pictures. I also need help picking out a name for my baby girl. Any ideas??????? Help!!!

Father's Day

We had wonderful Father's Day! The Kids went and had

Beach House

Here are some cute pictures of a week in California
at a beach house!! My family which included my Mom,

and me and my family all spent a week at a beach house
in Capitrano beach. We use to go every year on Easter Break
and we would bring our friends, but this year we all brought
our families. It was so much fun!!!

Memorial Day

We are headed out Thursday night to start our wonderful
weekend camping.

and we had to go back to work but I guess we have to pay
the bills somehow.

We are so proud of our son Tyler. He has made such a turn around since getting granted full custody of him this past year. He is in the eighth grade and has gotten nothing less than a B this whole school year. (And right now he has 5 A's and 1 B) This past Wednesday we got invited to attend the eighth grade awards assemble were Tyler got the boys highest geography award. Afterwards we took Tyler to Lone Star to celebrate and were accompanied by his sister Brittany. It was great to see Richard with his kids. What a great night!!!

April 18th camping in Logandale

Tyler had a baseball game in Logandale this past weekend, so we packed up the trailer and went camping in Stephen's and Alecia's backyard for the weekend. Once again it was a blast. The boys were being true hillbillies moving a mound of dirt. Kayslee loves running around in their backyard.

April 11 State Fair in Logandale

As a tradition we left Saturday morning and drove up to Stephen's and Alecia's for their baby Savanah's blessing. It happened to be the day of the state fair. So before the blessing we had a blast at the fair and then headed to Stephen's for the blessing. After the blessing Stephen made some hummy ribs while the kids had a blast in their backyard.

Update on Baby

Well on Tuesday Richard, Tyler and I went to see what we were having. We decided as a family we were going to find out. I was out rulled by the majority of the votes. Well during our aultrasound the baby would not open it's legs. The doctor couldn't even give us a guess. Tyler was bummed. Richard and Tyler think that it's going to be a boy and I say a girl. I guess we will just have to wiat to see.

We were also told that our baby's left kidney is dialated to .8cm. It's only supose to be at .5 cm. They are going to do another altrasound on May 14 and if it has not gone down then I have to go see a specialist. My placenta is also in the way. They are hoping that as my uterus expands it will push up my placenta so I don't have to have a c-section. I will keep you updated after next appointment.

My girlfriend Amanda came into town this past week and we were able to all get together with all our babies. It was so good to see my friends. Amanda lives in Georgia and had a hansome boy Jonah. Julianne lives here and also had a hadsome boy Jack. Jack is four months old and is the same size as Kaylsee. He's going to be a stud when he gets older. I don't know how Julianne halls him around. I love and miss them. Now I just can't wait to see Marianne.

Year 2007

This year has been a great year for us. January we had a little girl Kayslee Marie. In May my parents took all us children and their spouses on a cruise to Alaska. We had a blast. Tyler joined the Price Family racing team as a friend of ours was so generous and let his drive their Jr. Dragster. He did very well and wants to continue to race. We are still working on finishing my husbands car as many obstacles have come in the way like me blowing up an engine in my race car. I did very well this year racing. I finished number 18 out of 82. I went to Nationals where I went four rounds before going out. Tyler lives with us full time and is doing very well in school. He got 4 A's and 2 B's on his last report card and is a proud holder of a honors card. We are so proud of him. He is such a great big Brother to Kayslee. I think she like him the best. Brittany is living with her mom full time and is too doing very well in school. We had a sweet 16 party for her at my parents house. It was suppose to be "Movie under the stars" but due to the weather we had to do it inside. We have so many blessings to be thankful for. I hope 2008 will be even better!

Brandee started racing last year before getting pregnant with Kayslee. 2 months into racing Brandee got pregnant and had to give up racing untill Kayslee was born. Meanwhile Richard got back into his 71 Chevelle and ended up winning a race. Brandee Started this season out racing and ended up coming into 18 place out of 76 dirvers. Not bad. She went to the ET finials and went four rounds before going out. We enjoy going to the races.
